Kalamata
Kalamata is regarded as the best table olive in the world and takes its name from the city of Kalamata in southern Greece. The fruit has a conical-cylindrical shape distinctly pointy on one side and curved at the top. It is carefully picked by hand, when it reaches full maturity and having turned a beautiful deep black-purple colour.
Coratina
Coratina is an intense Italian olive cultivar that produces robust oil with distinct peppery, piquant notes and a fruity aroma. Nature has gifted Coratina olives with a high polyphenol content, indicative of rich antioxidants and health benefits. Our Coratina olive oil is a much recommended medium oil and achieved an international gold quality award in 2024, its first year of production.
Koroneiki
Koroneiki olive trees are among the oldest in Greece, some between 3 000 to 5 000 years old. The oil is harmonious in flavor with the presence of apple, offset by subtle notes of fresh grass and finishes with a lovely light, peppery zing. Our International gold award winning Koroneiki is a beautiful medium oil that pairs well in the home and kitchen, with versitality and balanced flavor.
Arbequina
Arbequina is a Spanish oil variety characterised by a subtly sweet taste with delicate flavor and buttery texture. It has notes of green tomato, apple and banana and appropriate. This oil blends well and is suited for all cooking applications.
Frantoio
Originally from the rolling hills of Tuscany Italy, Frantoio olives deliver oil with rich fruity flavour and a medium peppery aftertaste. It has a wonderful aroma and elegantly balanced with aromatic grassy nose and a hint of green apple on the palate.
